Looking for Vendors and Entertainers for Bella Donna's 2nd Annual Oktoberfest, September 25th in historic downtown Forest Grove and home of Pacific University. Could be anything from Stein artists and clogs to musicians and face painters.  You are welcome to use tip jars. 

Please no MLM.

Fees are as follows: $50 per spot with some scholarships
